Masonry Works ( Cement screeding max thickness 50mm to comply to HDB ruling) *Supply & lay full height ceramic wall tiles @ kitchen area c/w 10-15mm pre-pack cement screeding. *Supply & lay homogeneous floor tiles @ kitchen area c/w 50mm pre-pack waterproofing cement screeding & waterproofing chemical membrane *Supply & lay full height ceramic wall tiles @ both bathroom area c/w 10-15mm pre-pack cement screeding. *Supply & lay homogeneous floor tiles @ both bathroom c/w 50mm pre-pack waterproofing cement screeding & waterproofing chemical membrane. *Supply & construct base for kitchen cabinet, fridge & washing machine with prepack waterproofing cement screeding c/w matching tile. *Haulage loading of sand, cement & materials to unit.
